Matt Joseph opened his law practice in January 1995 and specializes in providing high-quality, business-oriented, on-time legal service to companies throughout the Silicon Valley and beyond. The firm represents start-ups, mid-size companies and Fortune 500 businesses with intellectual property licensing and product development, corporate formations, business transactions and commercial real estate leasing.
Upon graduation from the University of California's Hastings College of Law, Matt began his law practice as a commercial litigator with two large San Francisco law firms before serving as counsel to Mitsubishi Electric America Inc.'s North American semiconductor sales division. The firm's experience covers a range of products and services, including technology across many applications (software, hardware, Internet, semiconductors), public relations and publishing, and telecommunications. Matt has spoken on and published articles about many of these topics. The firm's clients include large and small companies in the U.S. and overseas.
