Through strategic counseling designed to protect valuable assets and maximize access, we help clients, both licensors and licensees, use intellectual property assets properly. Drawing upon our expertise in copyright, trademark and trade secret law, we help our clients identify and implement documentation to develop, register, commercialize (distribution, VAR reselling, OEMs, consulting) and gain access to intellectual property.
- Entity Formation. The firm helps clients achieve business maturity through entity formation (creating corporations, LLCs, partnerships), and takes them through the many stages of legal compliance and corporate governance. Many of our clients are overseas companies setting up affiliates in the U.S.
- Business Transactions. We counsel clients on asset acquisitions, business-to-business purchases, mergers, corporate finance, executive compensation, business re-incorporations and a range of transactions required to build, sustain, buy and sell all or parts of an enterprise.
- Commercial Real Estate Leasing. Our business experience includes a specialty in the area of commercial real estate leasing. Leveraging relationships with clients and commercial real estate professionals, we have worked on several dozen complex commercial office lease and sublease transactions involving hundreds of thousands of square footage in many different commercial properties.
